making new landmarks

As an occasional visitor to see Jony Easterby and Pippa Taylor, landscape/sculptor artists, who have been busy starting work on ‘Enclosure Rites’ a bold mark on the Yorkshire Wolds Way at West Knapton looking out over the Vale of Pickering.

Brilliant.

This is part of a wider initiative ‘WANDER – Art on the Yorkshire Wolds Way’ of 10 artworks created along the 79-mile Yorkshire Wolds Way, funded through the Arts Council England and LEADER.
