perhaps natural paints need a fluffy dog?

This was an interesting Guardian photo gallery to stumble across whilst working out the logistics for the EBUK 2012 conference on earth and clay plasters (and paints).

Clearly if Earth Builders had a big fluffy dog our use of natural paints in the UK would be really rather different:

50 years of the Dulux dog: 1982

I’m also interested in the images in terms of heritage of the home – this 1981 image has the infamous ‘3 shades of white’ (so loved by my mother in the home I grew up – we had a pink room, blue room and green room which were essentially white).
